Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased through R & J ATKINSON LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number SC506646, with its registered office at Townhead Of Gree, Fenwick, KA3 6BA. All products sold on this website are digital products delivered by immediate download or immediate online access ("Digital Content"). No physical goods are shipped or supplied under any circumstances.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms set out in this Refund Policy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold through this website are digital products supplied in a non-tangible form, made available to you via immediate download, streaming, or online account access at the moment of purchase. Because delivery is instant and irreversible, this Digital Content is treated differently from physical goods under consumer protection law, as explained below.

2. UK Customers — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, your purchase is subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013").

Under normal circumstances, the CCR 2013 grants consumers a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

However, Regulation 37 of the CCR 2013 provides that this right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where:

  • performance has begun with your prior express consent; and
  • you acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once download or access had begun.

By completing your purchase, you will be asked to expressly confirm, before delivery begins, that:

  1. you consent to immediate performance of the contract (i.e. immediate download or access to the Digital Content); and
  2. you acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the CCR 2013 once delivery has commenced.

This consent is recorded at the point of checkout and cannot be waived retroactively. Once download or access to the Digital Content has begun, you will not be entitled to a refund on the basis of a change of mind or cancellation right, except as otherwise provided in Section 4 of this Policy.

3. EU Customers — Directive 2011/83/EU and GDPR

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, your purchase is subject to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights ("the Directive"), as implemented into the national law of your country of residence.

Article 9 of the Directive grants consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Article 16(m) of the Directive provides an exception to this right for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.

Consistent with this exception, before your order is delivered you will be presented with a clear and separate checkbox or confirmation step requiring you to:

  1. expressly request that performance of the contract begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
  2. expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Digital Content has been fully or partially delivered.

No Digital Content will be delivered to EU consumers until this explicit consent has been obtained. A record of this consent, including the date and time it was given, is retained by us as evidence of compliance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

Data protection. Any personal data collected in connection with your order, including records of the consent described above, is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For further information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. When a Refund May Be Granted

Notwithstanding the exclusion of the statutory cancellation right described above, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will consider a refund, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

  • Corrupted or defective files — the file you downloaded cannot be opened, is corrupted, or is materially incomplete, and we are unable to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or corrected access within a reasonable time.
  • Non-conformity — the Digital Content delivered is substantially different from the product description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Failure of delivery — you did not receive access to, or a working download link for, the Digital Content you purchased, and this issue is not resolved after you contact us.
  • Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
  • Unauthorised transaction — you can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorisation.

To request a refund on one of these grounds, please contact us at hejeusek.44@protonmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date, describing the issue in as much detail as possible. We may request supporting evidence (such as screenshots or error messages) and may first offer a replacement file, corrected access, or technical support before agreeing to a refund.

5. Exceptions — When a Refund Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading or accessing the Digital Content, where valid consent to immediate performance was given at checkout as described in Sections 2 and 3.
  • The Digital Content has been fully downloaded, accessed, streamed, or used, and no fault, defect, or non-conformity has been identified.
  • You purchased the wrong product due to your own error, without contacting us before accessing or downloading it.
  • The issue arises from your own hardware, software, internet connection, or incompatible device, rather than from a defect in the Digital Content itself.
  • You are unable to provide reasonable proof of purchase or evidence supporting your refund request.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
  • The Digital Content was offered free of charge, as part of a promotion, or as a bonus item with no separately identified price.
  • You have breached our Terms and Conditions, including any restrictions on use, copying, or redistribution of the Digital Content.

6. Refund Request Procedure
